My Father's Biography

 Name: Revina Wijaya

 My dad was born on January 10, 1972 in the city of Bagansiapiapi, Riau. He's name is Edy Surianto. he is the 2nd child of 6 siblings. In 2000 he migrated to Batam, and in 2005 he worked at a plastic pt.

 In 2017 to be exact during the fasting month or in June daddy had to install lights at his workplace, he rode a forklift iron suddenly he fell and was crushed by an iron. He was immediately taken to traditional medicine for broken bones. 3 days later daddy experienced shortness of breath so he was taken to the Budi Kemuliaan hospital. it turns out that his blood sugar is high, he has a history of diabetes. On the night of takbiran he had to have his left leg amputated, because it turned out that the nerves in his left leg were no longer functioning. He didn't look sad at all, even when the operation was over he looked very relieved.

6 months later he had to put a pin on his right leg because the bones weren't growing properly. In 2018 he got a prosthetic leg from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. He had to undergo physiotherapy to be able to walk again. In 2019 he underwent surgery again to open the pen. this year he has returned to work.

In 2021 he stopped working because of covid. He is looking for a new hobby, namely farming. In 2022 he returned to work looking after the garden in Barelang. But a few months later he fell ill so he had to be picked up by his family to be taken to the hospital. It turned out that his had complications. For 8 months he was sick, repeatedly admitted to the hospital and underwent surgery. On February 24 2022 he breathed his last at BP Batam Hospital.
