Transfer in is the process of picking up tourist from the airport,at the bus,and at the hotel

IN THE AIRPORT

The steps in transfer in at the airport is :

- Waiting the tourist at the arrived gate

- When the tourist find you do conferming and welcoming

- Talking the tourist to a safe area

- Ask for travel voucher

- Introducing public facilities nearby

- Asking the tourist to wait

- Taking the tourist to the bus

DIALOG:

One sunny morning, at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Wulan was waiting for the arrival of tourists from New York while holding a paging board that read Tour Lider.

Tour Guide : Hello, good morning. Excuse me sir, I want to confirm, Are you Mr. Devan from New York with a group called The Cici Tour and Travel?

Tour Leader: Yes I am.

Tour Guide : Welcome to Soekarno Hatta international airport, Nice to meet you Mr. Devan. (shake hands)
