DIALOG
In the morning at Hang Nadim Airport, Mrs. Becca as a tour guide is waiting for tourists who come from Canada while holding a paging board. it wasn't long, a big family approached Mrs.Becca
Mrs.Becca: “Good morning, excuse me sir, are you
Mr.Arnault from canada?.”
Mr.Arnault : “Good morning. yes, i am”
Mrs.Becca: “Hallo Mr.Arnault i am becca as the tour
guide, nice to meet you. and welcome to
batam.”
Mrs. Becca take the tourist to the ideal area
Mrs.Becca: “we’re going to the ideal area, this way please.”
Mrs.Becca: “Excuse me Mr.Arnault can i’ve the travel
voucher please?.”
Mr.Arnault: “of course.”
Mrs.Becca: “excuse me ladies and gantleman, wait a for a
moment. I'll arrange your luggage to the bus, if
Mr and Mrs need a money changer or toilet,
you can find a toilet on your side after bakery,
and money changer after the toilet.”
Mr.Arnault: “okay, thank you Mrs.becca.”
Mrs.Becca: “My pleasure.
a few minutes later
Mrs.Becca:”leadies and gantleman please proceed to the
bus, this way please, and watch your step.”

Mrs.Becca:”ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of independent
travel, and welcome to batam.”
Mrs.Becca:”before we start our journey let me introduce
myself my name Becca as a tour guide and this
is Mr.joseph as our driver.”
Mrs.Becca:”I will tell you a little about the history of the
tomb of no isa Nong Isa or Raja Isa Bin Raja ali
was the first ruler of Batam Island. In 1829, he

area consists of Batam Island, Rempang Island

the Singapore Strait and Malacca Strait area.
The islands of Batam, Rempang and Galang
are connected by the Barelang Bridge.
According to the Batam City Population and
Civil Registry Office as of 2015, the population
of Batam has reached 1,037,187 people.”
Mrs.Becca:"ladies and gentleman now we have arrived at
kyra Hotel, please check your belongings before
getting off the bus. Your luggage will be carried by
your porter and driver."

now let’s proceed to the lobby.”
Mrs.Becca: “we’ll leave you for a while for the check in. Enjoy
your drinks.”
Mrs.Becca: “Mr.Arnault, would you please go with me to the
receptionist desk for the check in and the room
allocation?.”
Mr.Arnault: “of course.”
Receptionist: “Good afternoon, welcome to kyra hotel.
may i help you?”
Mrs.Becca: “good afternoon,I have a reservation for a group
under the name of star tour and Travel.”
Receptionist: “Sure mrs. Let me pull up your reservation.”
Receptionist: “Yes mrs, you have reserved 4 standard rooms for 8 guests for 3 nights.”
Mrs.Bellen : “is it correct Mr.Arnault?.”
Mr.Arnault : “ yes, correct.’
Receptionist: “I’m sorry,would you please fill this registationt
form?”
Mr.Arnault : “of course.”
a few minutes later
Mrs.Becca: “Ladies and gentlement,we’ve done check
in. Mr.Arnault will arrange the room allocation and
distribute the guest card room key and meal, you
can enjoy your free time tonight the hotel.”
Mrs.Becca: “ladies and gentlemen.Tomorrow is fine day out
with much sunlight. We'll have a fun time at the
hotel.”
